GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Booking: Via the online booking system or by e-mail. A confirmation will follow as soon as possible.

Payment: The reservation confirmation states the amount to be paid. This amount must be paid within two weeks of receiving the

reservation confirmation. We do not send a confirmation of receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation policy: For cancellation up to one month before the reserved arrival date: Refund of 50% of the total amount

minus € 20.00 administration costs. In case of cancellation within one month before the booked arrival date or during the stay: 100% of the total amount remains due.

Automatic revision in the event of tax changes

Prices are calculated on the basis of the tax rates in force on the date of confirmation of the booking.

Any creation or modification of taxes, duties or compulsory contributions occurring before the start of the stay will result in an automatic and proportional adjustment of the price. This adjustment is binding on the customer and cannot justify the cancellation of the booking without charge.
