Our campsite's reception desk is your first stop for a fantastic stay. Located in the heart of Le Roptai, directly opposite the canteen, our reception desk is more than just a place for check-in. Here you will find essential information about local attractions and sights, as well as practical items such as shower tokens, newspapers, souvenirs, and more.

Our experienced team is ready to welcome you with open arms and help with all your questions. Whether it is advice for a day out or help with problems, we will make sure you have an unforgettable experience. On arrival, don't forget to ask for all the info about the campsite, from waste separation to the facilities we offer. You can also view this info in our Camping Comfort App.

Need medical assistance or want to take part in activities such as horse riding or kayaking? Our team will show you the way. The reception is not only your information point but also the place where you arrange everything to make your stay at Le Roptai as pleasant as possible.

If you arrive outside reception opening hours, please email or call reception in advance so we can instruct you on where to pick a pitch, you can then come the next morning for registration at reception.
